Block right / Left click in Skype. just allow clicks in few places

I just need you to block all Right / Left clicks in skype.

User can left click on CONTACTS, CALL button, Message area and this tab --> CALL --> Share Screen. and START SHARING.

The contact number of all contacts will be hidden. no one can see the Cell phone / Land line number of any contact.

The application must start automatically with windows and it can't be shut down in anyway.

Also disable TASK MANAGER.

The application icon will be in SYSTEM TRAY . we can click on icon and enter password to allow clicks in skype and to enable TASK MANAGER ( temporarily ). And than disable again if we need.

Block all short cut keys in skype. And the application rules can't be bypassed by tricks.

It must work on all windows: Windows XP , Windows Vista, Windows 7

The application must filter what ever i want to put in application , like Numbers 1234567890 or !@#$%^&*() . i will give words and letters in application administration to block them from typing inside Skype.

You must test this application and give me the final working version only. i don't have time to test applications.

You should give me the application within said time.

You can make this application as Skype plugin/extension and create a shadow application for skype. So we don't use skype and use that Shadow application with limited features.

Skype allows you to develop customer applications and plugins. And when you run skype plugins, it will ask you for permission in skype to allow them.

Otherwise you can make the application in other way whatever you understand .

You should give me the source code of application after full payment is released.
