decrypt file i have encrypted and cannot decrypt myself

I have encoded a file using the secexfile encryption program which is attached to this project. The name of the file is [login to view URL] and it is also attached to this project. I have learned from the people who wrote secexfile, who are called bytefusion, that the program does NOT also create key files when it did the encryption all you need is the encrypted file, the program and the password. This work was done last April and, what I thought was the correct password Jamic1234! apparently it isn't the correct one, since when i go to unencrypt the file it says it needs a 12 character password Jamic1234! is only 10 characters, I then tried Jamic123456!, which for me would have been a logical 12 digit password and it didn't work I need the correct password so I can unencrypt the file here at my location on my own at the end of the project. To prove you have unencrypted it for payment purposes just send me the name of the unencrypted file which I know.
