C# conversion/port of WinMOO engine

I am seeking a C# port or rewrite of a modified version of the WinMOO engine ([login to view URL]). I will provide the exact source when the task is started, but do not wish to post it publicly here. It is almost identical to the above linked source, with a few minor modifications such as MySQL functions and file functions. All functionality must be identical / preserved, I am not seeking any changes to the software, just that it be fully a C# application. Please include an estimate of the timeframe in which you believe you can complete this project. If your bid is accepted, it will be expected that the project is completed in that timeframe. While I am open-minded on the deadline and willing to work with you within reason, I reserve the right to cancel the project if I feel it is taking too long beyond the timeframe you've provided.
