Complete stage 2 of my re-streamer project

I have a re-streamer application in "C/C++" that takes a mpeg2 stream converts it and pushes it to windows media services. I would like someone to add things to it. The following is needed. - creation and completion of a simple gui for my application - since the streamer does multiple streams the gui must either support multiple instances or be able to handle controlling all the re-streamer instances going through it - the ability to force the re-streamer to use a specific cpu core (usage of affinity is acceptable but must be automated) the gui must be able to know if an instance if the re-streamer is already using a cpu number and automatically use the next free cpu - who ever gets this project must be able to modify it and add the ability for the app to push and pull, currently the app only support push You must be able to prove that you can handle this before I agree to anything. Once its decided you are able to handle this I will send you all the supporting source code.
