Dictionary Search

I am working on a high profile job, and am in search of a business partner. I am planning a site, where you have everything you need, in one place. A dictionary will be included. The job I require of you will be to, create a database of all the words in the engilsh dictionary. And create a search for all the words that runs a spell check. For the database, you can either reuse databases from other projects making sure there is no copyright problems or you can create on yourself, which will surely prove yourself as a legitamate business partner. I ask that in the database, there is the word name, the definition, and how to say the word. If you would like to do this project please type in DCDAT A in your post.
