Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I am in need of Young,Smart, Confident, marketing Executives, male or Female, ready to explore himself, and work on incentive basis. One must understand that I need to work with young people, hence I need Freshers, who are Young. The Candidate must be in position to give suggestions, and must be smart. An incentive based pakage will be fulfilled after completion of the objective. Senior people, after 35, may not apply for this job, as they are more experienced, and doesn't suit my requirement.
