Bulk Email Software + Tracking (Stand Alone and Web Based)

i need a bulk email software which is a groupmail 5 clone visit [login to view URL] for details. 1st escrew payment should get me the source code of smtp server software which makes desktop pc as a smtp server and sends emails directly passing your isps mail system. this application should be a stand alone application which should be freely distributable as a software which has a link to the orignial groupmail 5 clone. 2nd escrew payment should get me source code of all features in groupmail 5 except tracking facility .ie every features of groupmail 5 should be included in minute details. 3rd escrew paymen should get me the script named read-tag included. ie i need to host the red -tag script in my server. 4rh ie final escrew payment should include source code of complete software with two addons of groupmail 5 ie outlook and mapi integration included. total payment is of $1311 wherein an amount of 1311/4 will be escrewed in four stages as described above complete source code with resell rights should be given to me of the respective section on each escrew payment with total source code and resell rights in final payment.
