Job Specification:-
Convert existing house plan drawings to Autodesk Revit 2010 files with both client viewable as well as Architect editable files provided by you. This will incorporate the site plan of the dwellings' block of land and placement of the drawing on this block viewable in 3D.
Requirements include speed Maximum 5 Days and accuracy with all provided dimensions included in a ready to use and edit form. Sample of Plans, Survey and Elevation are attached (more availal in some cases). Digital Photographs of dwelling are also available to help with visualisation. Clinet should be able to do a "walkthrough" your work!
Additional work may follow as house is to be extensively remodelled and renovated requiring ongoing Revit works.
