Build a small wordpress responsive website using cool plugins

Hello. PLEASE READ WELL.
I wish to build a wordpress website for generating documents (no need for you to make that part) and managing them.
Site must be clean and nice and responsive, I wish to work with a studio that makes good looking things.
I would like to know which wordpress plugins you plan to use, in order to reduce time and complexity.
I would gladly purchase any other plugin from codecanyon/themeforest, just name what you need.
Site flow would be:
1. User could signup/login/Social Login by using plugin:

2. Once logged, user will be able to view his documents, update, delete, and add a new document.
3. New/Edit document:
3a. User will choose from 4 document types.
3b. He will have some input form fields (text, images, checkboxes) chosen according document type
3c. Form submit will call an external server to create to document via ajax or [login to view URL] (we can discuss it, as it may take a few minutes to create).
3d. External server returns a link to the created document, user can download/share via email and social channels via plugin:

3e. Document form and link would be saved in database, user would be able to edit it later and re-create the document.
4. If a user hasn't logged in, he would be able to make a new document slow, but it won't be saved in database.
I prefer using one of those 2 themes, but I'm open for suggestions:

You may develop it on my server/on your pc (then you would need to publish it to my server when needed for testing or publishing).
