Anchor text links

We need in 100 links with anchor text to our online store (anchor text and url will be supplied). We want dofollow Blog Comments for our targeted keyword. All the comments should be 100% approved and there should not be any "awaiting moderation" comments. Potentially more work if the job is done to our satisfaction. The submission of the comments should be manual. Each comment must be on separate domain (with unique IP address). The anchor text of the links should not contain rel="nofollow". No excluded sites/pages with robots.txt. No sites banned by Google. No fake PR. The site must be indexed by Google, Bing, and Yahoo and be crawled on a regular basis. Comments must look natural and be constructed with well formed sentences in english. A report of your progress will be required in an excel file, including the following information: URL comment was submitted to Date the comment was submitted Date comment was accepted No time-wasters please. All links will be checked with our in-house software before payment is sent so all requirements must be met.
