Objective:
To undertake Architectural Detailed Design of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over 6 floors; that is Ground to fourth floor with a parking space within an area of [url removed, login to view] ( Length approximately 2Breath) .
A Block Plan and Typical Floor Plan in AUTOCAD format will be provided after the award of contract.
Scope:
1. Floor plans for each floor
2. Two sections across and along each apartment.
3. All four sided elevations
4. Doors and windows Schedule
5. Other relevant details needed
6. Prepare drawing in AutoCAD format, scale 1:1 in model space
7. All building element on distinct CAD layer.
8. Well dimensioned in millimeters (mm).
Deliverables
1. Electronic AutoCAD file.
2. Daily progress report
Schedule
It is estimated that the total time for the execution of the works will not be greater than 10 days.
