Audio Creation - Backing Track Loops, need multiple bidders

I have a tool that loops simple short audio clips, for the purpose of creating backing tracks that play forever until the user clicks stop. I need some audio created to be sold with this program. Each loop only needs to be about 10-15 seconds long, and loop seemlessly. 20 loops per audio pack. I only intend to sell each audio pack for a few bucks to cover costs so no royalties will be paid, this is a 1-off payment. I have already got someone working on 10-15 sets for me, at $50 each, but i need more.
This job is open to multiple bidders - i need another 20 packs x 20 loops. So $1000 up for grabs here. Your bid price is per audio pack.
1 thing is very important - no midi in place of real instruments. The audio packs can be any genre you want, as long as each of the 20 loops within are similar to that genre. So if you want to do a 'rock' or 'metal' pack then only real instruments will be acceptable, as the audio needs to be a high standard. If you want to do backing tracks for dance music (for singers to practice for example) then of course just use whatever software you want, just no midi in place of a real guitar or a real bass etc.
A PROFESSIONAL SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE 20 SHORT LOOPS IN 1 HOUR, SO THIS IS EASY MONEY - I am flexible with the $50 per audio pack, so please place your bid. However if you want more than this, please upload an example so i can see that it will be worth while.
As i said the audio will need to loop seemlessly, you will need the LAME mp3 encoder to do this (free download if you don't already have it) i can send you the software so that you can test the audio yourself to check they loop. 1 last thing, i will need a text file to accompany the audio that lists the chord changes/key of each one.
