Asterisk / Vicidial debugging - open to bidding

Hi there, I have over 7 years experience working on Asterisk PBX, HTML, Wordpress, Magento, Database administration, Website Design, Logo / Banner Design Joomla, CSS, Bulk Email Marketing and Linux Administration. I have read the project description very well, and i would like to complete this project. Let’s complete this project.

We would need to determine what exactly 'crashed'. Did asterisk terminate? Did Mysql shutdown? Did it kernel panic? Those are the things that have to be looked at. Vicidial can crash for many reasons. Most of which I have seen as I only deal with Vicidial/Vicibox systems. I have built and maintaine systems with over 300 agents on then and as few as 6. Inbound/Outbound it all must be looked at. I would be willing to give your system a quick diagnostic for free. Check memory usage, channels and database performance. From there I would make recommendations and give you an estimate of what will be required to resolve your issues.. I can either walk you or your tech through it. I just recently started using freelancer,com however, I have a few customers that I met through contacts in the industry that will give references if your concerned about references/security. It is smart to be concerned about security because it will require admin (root) access to work on your servers and with that access all your data is exposed. Even if you have the passwords changed it takes to time to add another way in. I'm not trying to scare you but if you use someone out of the country and they decide to steal your sip accounts/use your long distance you have no legal recourse or at least no easy recourse. I've seen a few messes from people giving access to the wrong person. I'm in Las Vegas. I work my regular Job from Monday-Thursday 9:00-7:30 Las Vegas. Any other time I'm available.
