Content Writing

We're currently looking for a marketing content writer or copywriter. To be successful, you need to be a versatile and resourceful writer who can think outside of the box, be creative, and be able to compose content from scratch. Ideally, you should have two (2) or more years of writing experience and have a firm grasp of adapting to target audience profiles or persona. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Digital Marketing Specialist, the content writer will: • Function as the main writer for blogs, newsletters, press releases, ebooks/guides, and other online contents to contribute to our marketing efforts. Must develop and compose original content by conducting extensive research on wide array of topics while collaborating with the team as necessary for ideas and input. • Review and edit content created by other marketing team members for grammatical errors, structure, clarity, and formatting. • Work closely with the rest of marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Assist the marketing team and company with adhoc requests. Qualifications • 2+ years of content writing experience. We prefer someone with prolific writing skills and web development interest. Must demonstrate excellence in writing creative and compelling content • Proven experience producing quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Exceptional command of English grammar, syntax, and composition • Interest in current and coming web development or information technology in general Desired Qualifications • Web development knowledge/background is a serious plus • Social media marketing skills, content marketing, and/or search engine optimization (SEO) skills are helpful but not required We will be assigning some articles for you to write as part of our selection process. We already have a fixed budget for this project and one with affordable but realistic bid will be considered. With your bid amount, please let me know how many articles you can produce per month and up to how many revisions per article is allowed.
