Article Writing - Bilingual - French and English

We are looking for an article writer with perfect written French and English to write us an original, instructional and informative article on the topic of French pronunciation/speech for the English speaker. The article will cover (1)how to say the different sounds and (2)the grammatical rules which dictate what sound should be used depending on which letters follow which. Include with your quote how many words you think it will take to fully explain the pronunciation, some samples of your writing (ideally in both in French and English), the word 'languagewriter' and details of any relevant experience you have. By applying for/accepting this job you understand this is a WORK FOR HIRE situation.
