Article Needed for TraqCloud (TM) GPS Tracker

We are looking for someone to write a 400+ word article to help promote our product and post them on various blogs around the web. We are not looking for advertising / marketing companies. Instead we want someone to add the personal touch of how our device can be used. Then give us a sample of your previous technical writing and or suggestions of articles you would write. We are wanting to pay per article written plus a bonus of $10 per 100 facebook likes. To get the facebook likes, you would have to post your article after it is approved and generate the traffic. The facebook likes must be real people no robots.
