Capture and Sales Page

Ok.....my last 2 coders disappeared on me. The last one didn't even start my project, he just closed his account. So please don't bid, if you can't do the job. I need a simple clone of someone else's capture page and website. Visit <[login to view URL]> My capture page and sales page will look exactly like that. Notice the boxes are checked. The security lock at the bottom of the website. I have my own graphic design already finished for the CD I will be giving out. Plus all the pictures of my testimonials. So all you will have to do is use my sales copy, instead of the one on that capture page.....Again, simple. Once again. After visiting that website, if you can make it exact, except with my information. Then bid on the job, if you can't, please don't bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
