Battle PHP script For an online Browser Game

I am looking for a Php script for a game I am making, I can not seem to make one good enough... For references of what I want it to do are [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] I found someone that said they would do it but they want to charge me $15 an hour... I dont like paying by the hour over a computer because you can veiw if there working when they say they do... Give me a full price of how much it will cost... Remember I am 14 years old. My mum is paying for it but I have to pay her. So be kind
