Construct Promotional video for Guild in MMO Game

Hi I require a 20-60minute video to be produced including music. I have over about 40 hours of footage to scan through. I'll upload these to a data source for you to review, so you'll have plenty of content.

This is a promotional video for my guild (Rest in Pieces) in an MMO Game - Albion Online
1. Intro (Rest in Pieces) (1-5min of general guild fighting/action)
2. Highlights (2-4min huge battles/victories)
3. Member profiles 15-30min (reviewing the footage, I want you to identify key members and introduce them with animated text e.g. "Beth", "Queen Virgo", "VetonB", etc.. and show their highlights and key moments in fighting.
4. End/closing footage (2-5min) (showing completion, captures, scores, winning victories in guild vs guild fights)
Through-out the footage I want to have music playing of which I'll provide, but I also want you to sample in/out the audio of the game and voice comms.
Your task is to build the video (specified above) based on the footage that I have of in game footage, you have to review it and find the action scenes/sequences and key moments to identify the pieces for the video.
You must then do the sound, animation, and video compilation for the project and deliver to specifications.
