Animated Video with voice over in English for the attached script - Use arabic characters.

I looking for an animated video with voice over in US accent for the attached script. The video should be a combination of 2d animation + whiteboard animation. In addition, i have the voice over in arabic for the same video. I need you to give me two versions of the video. One with english voice over and the arabic voice over. You need to use Arabic Characters in the video for example the Parent, the kid or the driver. Note: Currently the script has 700 words, i will reduce the script to 600 words.
