ABC Hand drawn 2d Animation 3-4 Min styleArtistic

I'm looking to develop 3-4 Minutes of HAND-DRAWN traditional 2d Animation piece in combination of the following styles : Cut-Out animation; watercolor, charcoal. There will be minimal use of color in the piece; though colr is essential I plan to showcase the piece in a gallery and perhaps submit to festivals, therefore, I'm not lookling for FLASH, 3d computer generated work. I'm not looking to develop cartoonish, comical, or commercial looking piece. I hope the person who responds to this posting has already created animation pieces in style I'm looking for. I do have a storyboard; developed storyline, sample animation, and refernce images that I can share with you. There are two charaters in the story. There are two dream sequences in the piece where one can get very creative. The story is a bit dark or kafka-ish and is from a female prespective. Please let me know where you are located. I'm in NYC. Please provide sample of work relevent to this project. There is no need to submit 3d or flash animation you have done. This is not what I'm looking for. Finally, please bid on the project. I'm open to share the exhbition rights. I hope this project to be a collborative effort that you would enjoy working on.
