Animated Landing Page Video (w/Powtoon)

Hello All, Hiring for the production of an animated video exactly like an existing one for a similar business in another geographical area. I just need my company's information swapped out with the company whose information is on this video. [login to view URL] I recommend [login to view URL] for the animated video production because it's what was used for this video and seems like it could be duplicated with very little effort. I've seen the PowToons website, and I could do this video myself after investing a little time and $$ to produce. I just don't have the time to set it up through the website. The bidders for this job will already be familiar with powtoons and could do this animated video in their sleep. So, please no bids from those who have never heard of powtoons. I mention this because price is a major consideration, and those familiar with powtoons could produce this video in their sleep (effort would be minimal). I estimate I could make the video with powtoons after buying a subscription and spending a few hours producing it. If you have other software that can achieve the same result, and you can be competitive with powtoons cost, I'm open to that option. This video would be produced using the company information inputs that include but are not limited to phone number, web address, logo, and possibly custom colors to go with company logo colors (red, white, blue). I've written about the scope of this project in the attached powerpoint. Just review it for context on the objective I'm going for. Here's the bottom line: I'm looking for one (and eventually up to four) landing page videos that to complement 3-5 real estate buying sites. I don't think this is a custom job (and the costs of hundreds of dollars that go with it) if you are duplicating existing work, so the cost of producing the animated video should be a modest level of effort.
