Develop a mobile App for online shopping

A simple app with user registration, log-in, product ordering and shopping cart. Product category, search, description with images for the users. For admin, management of shopping cart, tracking users search activity, adding/remove items etc.
As we have website, it can be maintained through that as well. But we want both user and admin do the job entirely through app.
App should work in both iPhone and Android.
