Create a Powerful Invoicing App

I am looking to have a Loan Origination Software created. The software would need to be able to process different types of interest, compute payments, create documents from the information entered into the record, print checks and process manual payments. It needs to be able to handle missed payments, missed payment fees, unpaid interest as well as overpayments. The user should be able to determine how those additional payments are applied (to unpaid fees, interest, balance or a combination). The software needs to keep track of fees, payments, payments coming due or are overdue, and be able to print receipts, account statements, contracts, a payment schedule including how those payments are distributed. It must also be able to email any document that can be printed from within the app. I will need preloaded, fully customizable forms and templates to be included for users to begin using. Safeguards needs to be in place to ensure fields that use user entered data to create pre-filled documents are not accidentally deleted. Again, only looking for bids. I have other ideas that I will be posting looking for bids as well. This may go somewhere and then again it may not.
