Cordova plugin to run javascript async

I have an application that use javascript webworker (calling local process) that works great on browser at computer, but when I run it at Andoid ADV Emulator it crash and on logcat got this: Skipped 369 frames! The application may be doing too much work on its main thread. I would like to solve this issue creating a phonegap plugin that can execute my javascript function on an other thread. If you have done something similar before, please bid on this project.
