I have experience writing a control interface for PTZ cameras in Java. I am capable of writing an interface in Android for an IP camera. I would need to be given details about what type of camera controls the camera may use (Sony VISCA, PELCO-D, etc...). Any datasheets for the specific camera would be required. In two weeks i could put together a simple PTZ movement interface with push buttons. I can also add a video panel, if the video stream from the camera is compatible with Android's video formats.
