Android Media Player - repost

We need a full screen Android Media Player application. Resolution 720 and 1080. The Player will have two screen zones and a small logo, on a black background. In Zone 1 the player will display video files with audio. In Zone 2 the Player will randomly display image files. Some content will have date-time restrictions. A sample playlist will be provided. The playlist has a validation code that avoids the unauthorized use of the application. A detailed description will be provided to the best bidders.
