Develop a mobile app for real estate listings on both iOS and Android

Looking for a fairly experienced developer to create a simple mobile app for real estate listings. I'm maintaining a website at [login to view URL] and I would like to create a standalone mobile app for it, preferably on both iOS and android platforms. Brief Requirements: 1. Four main tabs - main, new launches, notifications, contact us 2. Main tab - displays scrolling picture ads which when clicked, jumps to a listing specific to that ad 3. New launches tab - displays a list of property listings. When a specific listing is clicked, a static page with information about the listing is displayed (see #7 below). 4. Notifications tab - lets users choose which listing/s he is interested in. Any news on those listings will be displayed here as well, and will appear in his phone as a notification. 5. Contact us tab - user can submit contact info and comments/questions here, which will be forwarded to an email address/SMS. 6. All the information in the above tabs should be easily managed by simply updating a database. 7. Specific listing page - static page with information about the listing, button to share page on Facebook, button to enable future notifications on this listing 8. App must be slick, aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate (UI design is part of the deliverables) 9. Code must be well written, aligned, commented and documented 10. All codes and all intellectual property related to the app are part of the deliverables, and a NDA needs to be signed 11. Clear project milestones and deliverables to ensure project requirements are being met We will be looking out for the following in your proposal: * Proven ability to develop BOTH iOS and Android apps * A portfolio of high quality iOS/Android apps developed by you * Cost estimate/range (a firm price is required when detailed specifications are provided)
