Hello, I've an android app and arduino sketch which might suit your purpose. I've developed a custom Bluetooth Switch board based on Arduino (Atmega328p) and HC-05/BMX-03B Blutooth modules. Custom BT Switch board had a very small footprint. The android app sends commands to BT SWitch board to turn a pin HIGH/LOW. This can be used in turn to control a relay thus enabling control of end devices/appliances. Both android app and arduino sketch can be modified as per your need.
