Compile Android apk from source code, fix bugs and add backend features

URGENT! An exceptional developer needed for educational project to clean up i.e. fix bugs and compile source code for app built in HTML5 framework JQM 1.3, Cordova 2.5. We currently have android .apk but would like iOS, Black berry and windows 8. Shall also need to add extra backend features and fixes. And on going updates if candidate is successful. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in not just making a quick buck but a long term relationship with a team who wants to make a difference in the world.

BUDGET: $450 (Fixed)

Knowledge of the following below is a must:

- Back backend database and front end development is a must

- Current Framework: JQM 1.3 framework, Cordova 2.5

- Phone Gap, UI and UX design and development, Java

- HTML5, iOS, Android, Blackberry and windows 8
