Android UI Implementation

I require a user interface implementation with 2 features. Please read the description before bidding. 1) Custom tab structure with sub navigation. - Design will contain 4 tabs but design must let us to add more tabs. - Each tab will contain several sub views. Each sub view will have a bullet at sub navigation section. - Each tab will have an icon and title. - Each sub navigation item will have a title that will be displayed when the sub navigation section is selected. Bullet of selected navigation item will be white, others will be gray. - Content view / activity will be loaded in content section when user swipes to left or right at sub navigation section. - Each tab has it's own sub view list. Thus sub view list will be updated when user selects a new tab. - Tab and sub navigation area backgrounds will be different. Icons must be transparent. - Design will be for Galaxy S4. Please ignore all other resolutions. 2) Custom alert dialog. ([login to view URL]) My initial window is: 1) When i want to create dialog with a short text: 2) When text contains 2 lines, image remains at same location but text wraps to 2 lines: 3) Same happens when the text contains 3 lines: 4) This dialog will be called from a public static function in a separate class with no Activity. Requirements; - We require all user interface items to be added programmatically to ensure flexibility. No hardcoded xml resources / activities will be accepted. Requested outputs; - A working android project with all resources including icons, source codes, and other necessary stuff for project to work) - Well documented source code. Timeframe; - Winner must deliver the final output within 3 days. Please do not bid if you are not experienced enough on user interface design and development.
