We need a programmer who can create an social network app the reflects instagram social features. The main feature of this project should allow you to record a voice over your photo which last 15 seconds. Data should be store on a youtube account. Ideal freelancer should be able to get this app into android app store with no issue and also apply and ad feature. We do not like dealing with impatient freelancers who tries to rush our project or try to rush payments. Most freelancers on this site is persistent and doesnt understand business. We are not looking for those type of freelancers. Experience, have created social apps before similar to the features on instagram. Private messaging that deletes after 15 sec of viewing should also be added. Please view attached demo before bidding on this project. We will not go over 3000 on this project.
