Android Application with only 2 screens

I would like to find a good developer or team for a Android application.

We need a Android picture and video display program, similar to ifunny, just will display 2 pages, starting page and the video/picture display page.

it needs to be clean, well designed and be attractive. Also extremely simple and easy to use.
