Automated CI/CD pipeline to AWS

I am looking for a skilled DevOps developer in order to help me create a CI/CD pipeline for my projects. Here are some of the technologies/platforms I am interested in:

1) Jenkins

2) Chocolatey, F# Make

3) AWS Elastic beanstalk

4) Powershell

5) Git on BitBucket

The project is a set of micro-services created using .NET WebAPI2 (Self-host). My intention is to create re-usable powershell scripts for each task.

The build-server and the deployment environments are AWS EC2 instances.

I am open to ideas with regards to tool choices.

This would potentially be a long-term work for the right person.
