creating Motion background for 50sec. intro

Im looking to finalize an intro of 50sec. for a show.
Video editing is done, FX missing.
The finalizing work consist of:
-creating moving background with light fx/particul/sparks.
-Adding 5-10 words each one, appearing for a few sec. during the intro.
-color correction for some part of the intro.
-creating an animation for our logo
-creating a small right corner logo animation to appear and disappear
-creating a moving background with still words for the ending of the show.
-creating a animated lower third for names
-creating a animated lower third to be add before intro: "up next on..."
