After effects small improvments

This video is made in After effects cs3 and needs to be cleaned up : there are 3-4 bad transitions ( where quality has been effected ) 2-3 moments where the video goes all messed up quality wise The cause of this is a time warp applied to the compostitions within the main composition. The timings of the video need to stay as they are but the distortions need to go.
