Advertising advice booklet for retirement homes

Our business provides educational courses for retirement/nursing homes and aged care facilities. At present, one of the concern is that our clients are unable to generate interest in their residents for our courses. What I want is an advertising advice booklet that specifically targets residents within these homes and facilities that I can send to our clients to assist them in setting up advertising drives prior to the commencement of the course. At present many are relying solely on word of mouth, posters and newsletters. Some possible things to include are ways of making these more enticing as well as alternate methods like involving the families of the residents. The booklet should also include some "fill in the blank" style templates for posters, leaflets that the retirement homes can use I have attached some links that could be handy as starting points. This will be given to clients and potential clients so it needs to be both informative and look good.
