Adobe Fillable InterActive PDF forms

You can have everything that you require on the PDF. Suggestions : You will have to add digital signature field in PDF file as Electronic Signatures are not supported on PDF forms. You can add a field for client name so that whenever you want to send a file just put in the field name and then save it and then you can send it to who ever you want and it will go along with the client name.
