We have recently started to use Xero for the business. Our accountant doesn't use it and we are still learning! We are fine with the invoicing but have been a bit haphazard in inputting the outgoings.
We need someone who will go through what we have done so far, clean it up and help produce reports from it. Also, going forward, we need someone who will input the outgoings for us each month and check what we have done to make sure it reconciles with the bank statements.
We will pay an hourly rate for this work
We are based in London and it would be helpful if there could be an initial meeting with you in London to go through the records we have plus the paper records, but after that the work can be done from anywhere.
