Bookkeeping - Property Professional Seeks Guidance on Constructing a Ledger System - open to bidding

Communication to devise a system of bookkeeping for a property professional; specifically guidance on which ledgers use, how to use them to record specific aspects of property (expenses, rent accruals and prepayments, bad debts, and property investments, etc.) I have some basic bookkeeping skills - and can maintain the record keeping once a system has been established. Thereafter, I may require ad hoc assistance and guidance. I am presently a sole trader in the UK but wishing to form a limited UK company soon. I required the bookkeeping system to incorporate the transition. I also conduct property management for other landlords. I shall require a (separate) system of bookkeeping and recording for this aspect (i.e. rent received, fees deducted, funds transferred).
