Customized Accounting Package

I have just bought accounting spreadsheet off the internet for my childminding business. I like the spreadsheet but i want it customised for my business use.

I especially want to setup my sales invoice so I can invoice customers faster and more efficiently. Now I tend to calculate everything manually but I want that to change. I want a spreadsheet that will calculate my fees automatically and then transfer the income onto my profit and loss spreadsheet. This will then update my forecast for coming months.

I want to be able to email clients the finished invoice in pdf and for a macro to be set up to mail client following months.

I want an accounting spreadsheet that is easy for me to use and that will ensure i meet all the government requirements.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

I have attached the spreadsheet I bought to sort out my invoicing. The tab in red is what I want my clients to see. the problem i have is where the information is picked up from. I need the invoice page to pick up specified information (customer name, invoice amount, extras) from the other tabs. I tend to bill my clients the same amount every month but sometimes they ask for more days. So I need to be able to include extras on the invoicing.
