Hi, I am a freelance bookkeeper with expertise in financial accounting. I have 15 years of financial accounting experience. I am a self starter and given the nature of industry I can book expenses in a proper head of expense without assistance. I am doing two projects for few hours in a week. 1) I am currently managing AP/AR/Bank for a US client. I am have around 3 hours of work every week. The books are in QB. The job involves: Create vendors as needed: Enter bills from vendors: Properly classify & match vendor line items with tasks & projects; Assistance in issuing payment to vendors; Generate reports from time to time; Create customers as needed: Enter invoices as needed: Generate A/R report and sending notifications to manager about pending payments; Enter payments from customers and match to invoices; Monthly checkup of AR/AP accounts 2) Bookkeeping and preparation of financials for two businesses . This is in Reckon This is a complete accounting job right from updating books to preparation of financials. Then I started passing monthly journals and started reconciling AR/AP/petty cash.. After that I prepared bank reconciliation statements. My career looked north from there. I was preparing trial balance and within a year I started making monthly and annual financials in Excel. From there I became a through financial accountant preparing budgets and analyzing financials , checking for GAAP/IFRS compliance. I place my bid for 5$/hour Thanks
