Hi I am working towards my Chartered Accountancy in India. Having said that, I also wanted to bring to your attention the fact that I have a little knowledge of how things work in the UK as well since I did my Masters in Human Resource Management there (which among other things involves a bit of Employment and Tax laws). I could provide you with balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and cash and fund flow analyses as per your requirement. You shouldn't really need balance sheets. Profit and Loss accounts (to see if you are actually turning a profit) and Cash flow analysis (to see if you retain atleast some of the cash from your business) is all you'll need. I'm not very clear on what you meant by bi-monthly (as it can mean both twice a month and once in two months). I normally charge between £25 and £50 a month (depending upon the quantity of work involved) As far as your records of the past 9 months are concerned, I think I can make balance sheets and profit and loss accounts and cash flow analyses for about £250. However, I'm not sure if you wanted a monthly analysis for each of the nine months or a end of period assessment - so if you could let me know what it is that you need exactly, I can help estimate costs better.
