My project title is online customers complain management system for network and mobiles problems for a telecom company, the system acts as a link between the customer and telecom company, the system has three users; customers, staff and technicians team, the active customer will log into the system by entering his/her user name and password, once user name and password are valid it will proceed to home page, then customer will input his Account number(PK) which is saved in the company's database in order to display the customer information consisting of Id No, Phone No, customer name etc.., moreover. customer will fill the e-form complaints and submit it to the staff. therefore, staff receive the complaints and foreword it to technicians, hence, technicians will evaluate the problem and solve it then a feedback will be send to staff and staff will contact to customer after issue is solved. staff will contact to customer through emails and SMS. - Website front-end is ASP.net and Back-End is local Database.
