ASPX page on iPhone - some movie clips not playing

Could you help with this problem? PROBLEM: Some movies are not playing on iPhone browser - following error comes up (movies playing perfectly in desktop browser): "Cannot Play Movie Movie could not be played OK" I experienced 3 possible scenarios so I placed them in the example link below. EXAMPLE LINKS: 1) PC/Mac browser: [login to view URL] 2) iPhone browser: [login to view URL] SUMMARY OF 3 EXAMPLE MOVIES on iPhone: 1st movie is playing 2nd movie NOT playing but plays if uploaded to iPhone 3rd movie NOT playing AND cannot be uploaded to iPhone (reports some error BACKGROUND: System allows for playing of movie clips previously uploaded to the admin area. Two ASPX pages are used for this: 1) [login to view URL] - for all browsers except ones on iPhone 2) [login to view URL] - for browser on iPhone ATTACHED: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
