Asp.net MemberShip Site

I am looking to designa HIGHLY SCALABLE site which is similar toa sical networking/dating site. Features include : 1. Using SQL and Asp.net 3.5 with weight balancing of the database(discuss). 2. Three membership levels with different permissions. One level with extensive profile search. 3. Members have their own pages/profiles with photos and ONE embedded intro video (small). Members choose themes for their profile. 4. Ability to rate a member in 3 categories and leave comments in the profile. 5. A discussion forum where the rating of the member is shown and clicking the picture would take one to his/her profile. 6. The entire site is CSS friendly so the theme can be changed easily. Also highly "modulized" so specific sections can be turned on or off. A streaming video section. This is NOT user submitted. 7. SEO friendly profiles. 8. Advertising spots on top, right and bottom.
