CRM Customised Form

I have a project based in Dynamics CRM 2011, there are scientific calculation's that need to be dynamically calculated on a form and recorded to the database. The outline of the project is a 'Job' is created in xRM, if you are familiar with Dynamics CRM, the cases form or entity can be customised. Certain account and contact information is captured in the 'job', plus drop down lists of information for the 'job'. I need to bring through information from a 'setup' table to show the recomended benchmark or minimum requirements for a type of job, and then create the minimum 'sub-jobs' related to the main case. Once the right amount of 'sub-jobs' are created and allocated, a user will view the job and enter values into the sub-job, calculations which will be provided, are necessary to be made against the values inputted and a 'pass' or 'failure' indicator by even the change in text colour is acceptable. There will be around 5 types of 'sub' jobs and would be nice for the calculation which is complex a scientific formula (which is currently down in Excel) to be added by a user rather than coding it. We have a result of the job turn into a certificate in SQL report writer, which is not necessary for a programer to complete as this is being done internally. The portion of the project which needs programing in is the caluclations, plus dynamically creating the required amount of jobs and the ability to remove these jobs. I envisage the work being done within ASP page + Java linked to CRM through an iFrame.
