Changing Web Content Based on Referring Website

URL: [login to view URL] Coding: ASPX, CSharp, Flash GOAL: We would like somebody to create a script that allows us to do the following: - Change image/text content (phone number specifically) based on the referring website the user is visiting from. (ie. User reaches [login to view URL] from [login to view URL], phone number X will be change to phone number Y throughout the whole website.) - Ability to add variable at a later date (ie. New Referring Website, Number to Display, Images to Display, etc...) The purpose of this project is to allow us to track our visitors by referring website and to allow us to see how many calls we are receiving from said referring websites. Need this project done ASAP. Combination of Bid and Timeframe will decide winning bidder.
