Hi there, I know you strictly said no to other software other than microstation. I provide a solution incase you consider other resolutions… There are no enough Microstation skilled modelers I could find to recruit for this task since it involves a huge sum of buildings to be modeled. So, if you can provide a solution to bridge Sketchup/Blender and Microstation to import models from one of the two, I can provide you the models for you to import to microstation. But modeling in Microstation at the moment is impossible for me for now. I hope you would come up with a positive answer and looking forward to hear your response.
