I am looking for a C#/.NET desktop developer to complete the first small milestone of a larger PowerLink-connected application. For now, the task is very simple: build a clean Windows desktop UI shell (based on my wireframe) with large buttons, two text fields, and empty preview areas—no backend logic, no camera integration, no PowerLink queries yet. I need a Windows-only desktop application that streamlines my day-to-day data analysis work. At minimum the utility should let me import common formats such as CSV or Excel, inspect and filter the records, run simple statistical summaries (mean, median, standard deviation, counts), and export the results. Clean visualisations—basic line, bar and scatter plots—would be ideal so I can spot trends quickly without jumping to another tool.
